Vainilla « Filmcasino
An exquisite feminist and feminine coming-of-age story, tumultuous and joyful, in which men are gently present on the margins of women's lives. In late 1980s Mexico, three generations of strong-willed women live together and fight to save their home from foreclosure. Roberta, an 8-year-old girl, grows up confidently in this unusual community: a fatherless home, where she observes with growing curiosity all these female personalities, like so many images of a possible future.
