I Nearly Threw These In The Bin…
Don’t buy these Rynw capsules until you hear what happened to me, because I nearly put them straight in the bin after the first few days. I’m 60, and for quite a while I’d been waking up tired, even after a decent night’s sleep. I’d have my coffee in the morning, then by lunchtime I’d already be thinking about another one. And the brain fog was probably the thing that bothered me most. I’d forget little words. Walk into a room and completely forget what I’d gone in there for. Read something and realise I hadn’t taken any of it in. And I kept telling myself, “Well, you're getting older, aren't you?” But eventually I thought, no, this really doesn't feel right. So I thought, alright, I’ll give it a go. I took one capsule every morning with my water. And honestly, the first few days? Nothing. I thought, “Yep. There we go. Another thing I’ve wasted money on.” But I carried on taking them. And after around two weeks, I started noticing the little things. I wasn't waking up feeling quite as exhausted. The morning fog didn't seem as heavy. I wasn't automatically reaching for another coffee in the afternoon. And I wasn't getting stuck quite so often trying to remember a word. Now, I'm not saying this is some miracle cure, because it isn't. I'm just telling you what I noticed. And I'm glad I didn't throw the bottle in the bin after those first few days. If you've been feeling tired and foggy and you're already looking into B v
