Check the comments💔 My life changed in 11 days 🤯 Not even sure I should be posting this tbh Me and my partner went back and forth on it for weeks But yeah… here it is I’m 28 Manchester to London 6 years ago I work as a retail supervisor Long shifts, always on my feet My partner does deliveries Early mornings, late finishes Money was tight Around £1.9–2.2k a month coming in £1,350 rent straight out Then bills, petrol, helping family End of the month we had almost nothing left Then everything stacked at once I found out I was pregnant Rent went up Car broke, £800 to fix We started dipping into overdraft Worst part was the landlord Knocks on the door Doesn’t even say hello Just tells us if we don’t pay, we’re out That really got to me Same day my partner tells me his mate mentioned some app I didn’t believe it at all Later that night I’m just sitting in the kitchen Couldn’t sleep Kept thinking about everything Ended up trying it anyway Put in £30 First few spins nothing Then bonus hit Climbed to around £1,200 I didn’t even react properly Just withdrew it Covered the car repair straight away Next evening I tried again Put in £40 Another bonus This one kept going longer £40 → £300 → £1,200 → £3,500 → £7,800 → £12,000 → £18,500 → £24,000 → £28,000 → just over £30,000 I just sat there staring Didn’t trust it Didn’t take it out in one go Withdrew in smaller parts Around £800–£900 each time Watched it land Again and again Only then it felt real Total ended up around £30k Not something I ever expected First thing we did was sort rent Then cleared what we had to Main thing was I stopped waking up with that stress It’s only been 11 days But everything feels calmer We’re just focusing on the baby now If you’ve been in that situation you’ll get it Check the comments👇
