Got on the tube, came out with a car 🚇🚙 That day I was heading to work as usual on the underground, just sitting there scrolling through Facebook. Next to me sits some bloke, I had 7 more stops to go, and of course I’d forgotten to charge my phone before leaving home. I thought I’d save the last 15% just in case, so I sat there looking around at people. Out of sheer boredom I glanced over at what this bloke was doing on his phone, and he was playing some kind of slot game 🎰. It actually looked quite interesting, so I kept watching, properly leaning in by then. The guy turns to me and goes, “So, you like it, eh?” I jumped back straight away, feeling awkward as hell 😅. But the bloke just laughed and said if I liked it that much, he could send me the link. I was so caught off guard I’d have agreed to anything at that point. I pulled out my phone, he typed it in and sent me the link. I downloaded it, registered, put in a deposit 💳, and even asked him to show me how to play. He told me to just try the game Big Bass and everything would be fine. Who was I to doubt him? So I started playing. Lost almost everything at first, but right at the end – BAM – GRAND WIN!!! 💥 The screen flashed up that I’d won £22,000. The bloke was gobsmacked, I was gobsmacked, even another fella on my left was gobsmacked 😂. Felt like the whole carriage was in shock. Everyone was congratulating me, but my ears were ringing and I couldn’t really hear them. By the time we were pulling into my station I finally came to my senses. I rushed off the train just to catch my breath. Couldn’t quite believe what had happened, but it wasn’t a scam – I put the money on withdrawal, and by the time I got to work it had already landed 💷. I’d been saving for a car for a year 🚗, and on the very same day I messaged the seller and arranged the purchase.
