So, everyone… I’ve spent the last few days wondering whether I should post this or not. But I honestly just need to get it off my chest. 🙈💗 My name’s Mia Brown, I’m 29, and I run a small dog shelter just outside Manchester. 🐶 It’s not just a job - it’s my calling. I love every single stray that comes through our doors: dogs that have been hit by cars, abandoned by their owners, or left absolutely terrified. Every one of them deserves a second chance. But, if I’m being completely truthful, the last few months have pushed me to my limit. I barely have any sponsors. I’ve been spending all my savings on food, medicine, vaccinations and warm beds for the dogs. Sometimes I wake up at four in the morning with absolutely no idea how I’m going to afford to feed 20 hungry mouths. More than once, I’ve caught myself thinking I might have to close the shelter because I simply can’t keep going like this. 💔 The next day, I wrote a heartbreaking Facebook post about how difficult it had become to find funding. I thought maybe a couple of my followers would see it and, if I was lucky, someone might chuck a tenner towards some dog food. I never imagined that KSI himself would see the post. 😳 Two hours later, my phone absolutely blew up. The volunteers started messaging me: “Mia, KSI is coming to see you!” I genuinely thought it was a wind-up. But three hours later, a black SUV pulled up outside the shelter. And out stepped KSI. No security, no huge entourage - just jeans and a loose-fitting T-shirt. He smiled and walked over to me. “Mia, I read your post. You have no idea how much it got to me.” Then he opened the boot. It was absolutely packed. 🥹 There were 20 bags of premium dog food, boxes of medicine, leads, bowls, warm dog coats, shampoo and toys. He’d brought nearly £3,000 worth of supplies! 🐾💕 We unloaded the car together, fed the dogs and took some of them out for walks. Eventually, when we were both exhausted, we sat down on a bench in the shelter yard. KSI
